In a recent social media posting, Kanye West described a long-term, incestuous bond with an unnamed cousin.
In a post on X, he states that his new track “Cousins” is about how he and a cousin, who is now incarcerated, engaged in sexual exploration during their childhood.
“This song is titled COUSINS, about my cousin who is serving a life sentence for murdering a pregnant woman a few years after I promised him we wouldn’t ‘look at dirty magazines together’ anymore,” the 47-year-old “Runaway” artist reported.
“Maybe in my selfish chaos, I took on the blame for showing him those adult magazines when he was six, which led us to act out what we had observed,” he added.
“My father had Playboy magazines, but the magazines I found tucked away in my mom’s closet were different,” he went on, concluding with, “I’m Ye, and I performed oral sex on my cousin until I turned 14.”

The song features a video combining found footage with animation and is included in the post.
“Hanging out with my cousin while reading adult magazines,” the song starts, with the duo observing male-on-male scenes and feeling puzzled by “what that s–t mean” before mimicking everything they had seen.”
Ye continues to rap about his desire to avoid judgment and requests that his cousin refrain from discussing the experience.
A fresh chorus portrays his use of nitrous oxide and Percocet to help him sleep, while also expressing a wish for a woman to remain by his side.
In a previous tweet, Ye mentioned that his upcoming album is “Cuck.”
This alleged revelation contributes to an increasing collection of questionable actions from the rapper.
