Volkswagen has introduced the latest Tiguan R-Line in India at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs. 49 lakh

The new VW Tiguan R-Line is constructed on the enhanced MQB Evo platform and features numerous aesthetic updates compared to the regular Tiguan. The streamlined headlamps are linked by a glass-covered horizontal strip that bears an ‘R’ badge, signifying its exclusivity. The SUV is fitted with 19-inch wheels and showcases dynamic 3D LED lights.

Inside, the vehicle boasts a contemporary cabin with ‘R’ branding on the seats and a backlit ‘R’ logo on the dashboard. The seats come with a massage function and adjustable lumbar support, as well as customizable ambient lighting. The vehicle also boasts a 15-inch infotainment screen, a digital dashboard, three-zone climate control, an IDA voice assistant, a voice enhancement system, and a panoramic sunroof.

In international markets, Volkswagen provides the Tiguan R-Line with a range of petrol, diesel, mild hybrid, and plug-in hybrid options. However, the version available in India is equipped with a 2.0-litre TSI EVO petrol engine, paired with a seven-speed DSG 4Motion (All Wheel Drive) transmission. The engine produces power and torque ratings of 201bhp and 320Nm, respectively.

The order books for Mercedes-Benz India’s all-electric G-Class, known as the “G 580 with EQ Technology,” are now available. With a quad-motor all-wheel drive system that can accelerate the three-ton SUV from 0 to 100 kmph in less than 5 seconds and all the off-road characteristics one would expect from a G-Class, the electric version of the iconic G-Wagon was debuted in April of this year.

The G 580 EV has minor cosmetic changes but keeps the boxy shape and dimensions of the regular G-Class. The most noticeable modification is at the front, where the conventional grille has been replaced with a closed-off panel in keeping with other Mercedes-Benz EVs. Customers can choose between a black headlight housing and an illuminated surround on an EQ-style blanked-out grille.

Hyundai Launch Exter Night Editon at a Cheap Price in India!

Car manufacturer Hyundai has officially launched the new Knight Edition of its cheapest SUV Hyundai EXTER for sale in the Indian market.

Earlier, the company had released some teasers of this SUV. Equipped with attractive looks and a powerful engine, the starting price of this SUV has been fixed at Rs 8.38 lakh (ex-showroom). At the same time, the price of its top model goes up to Rs 10.43 lakh.

This new Night Edition is based on EXTER’s regular models SX and SX (O). Hyundai has given a completely new look and design to the Night Edition of Exeter. Some cosmetic changes have been made to it which differentiate it from the regular model. Blacked-out body parts are seen in its front.

Skoda Auto India plans to step up its game in 2025 by focusing on new SUVs.

Maintaining a fresh portfolio is problematic in a market with shorter model lifecycles. Since the introduction of the Kushaq SUV three years ago, Skoda Auto India’s yearly sales have more than doubled to nearly 53,700 vehicles. However, Skoda’s sales decreased to 48, 800 units over the previous calendar year, an almost 6% decline. The Czech automaker is getting ready to launch many new models in 2025.

It will introduce the second version of its flagship SUV, the Kodiaq, at the high end.The SUV is anticipated to launch in June of next year and will cost more than the present model. Since its premiere in India seven years ago, Skoda’s first seven-seater full-size SUV, the Kodiaq, has sold close to 10,000 units.
